Hi, I’m Sarah.

I work with individuals who are ready to stop repeating painful relationship patterns and reconnect with their self-worth.

My work focuses on helping people understand why they lose themselves in relationships — and guiding them toward rebuilding emotional independence, boundaries, and self-trust.

My approach combines psychological insight, practical tools, and deep emotional reflection to support lasting change.

I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and I am a certified life coach, working with individuals seeking to rebuild self-worth and emotional independence in relationships.

Sessions are available virtually and in person.​
